Accommodation
We have a large dance hall 225+ M² and will sleep in simple buildings. We have different room options: double room, small dormitory (max 4 persons) and two big dormitories (max 10 people). All rooms have bunk beds and shared bathrooms. We also have 12 on site camping spots available. We have to charge them as small dormitory, but you have your privacy.

You also might use the camping site de 'Krakeling' on 10 minutes walking distance. Arrange your stay at the camping yourself. If you want you can look for a bed and breakfast place in the area. This link might help: Bed & Breakfast. Search between Utrecht and Amersfoort.

Food
Food is being prepared by the centre, so we do not have to cook. Unfortunately the centre does not cater for diets. We offer a choice between vegetarian and non vegetarian.
We eat breakfast and dinner together. Lunch you can prepare for yourself during breakfast.

What to bring
We offer a bed, mattress and small pillow. So bring bed sheets, pillow cover and sleeping bag, your dancing gear, all you might need to celebrate, inspiring music, books, etc. We stay in a beautiful forest, so take walking cloths if you want. A few weeks before the camp we will inform you on all further details.

Tasks
We ask everyone to do about 2 times a week a little shift up to 1 1/2 hour, for example preparing the tables, dishwashing, helping at the bar.

Participants
We expect around 180 dancers. Mostly more then 50% is non-Dutch, so the language is English.
Children are welcome during the summer camp. In the winter camp we do not have the space inside to take care of them well enough.

Booking
Booking will open 1st of April, 10 am. Book on time, since the events might fill up quickly.

Register preferable per couple for the camp. Because we like to have an almost equal number leaders-followers, we will (probably) use a waiting list for single followers. We accept female leaders (and male followers), but ask you to really lead at the camp.

Please register for the mailing list to receive updates on time.

Be aware that for the Homer and Cristina intensive weekend you have to book seperately. For the weekend you need a partner. We can try to help so register even when you do not have a partner. Use this link for more information.

Pricing: Taboe Camp
Booking options are all inclusive the full program (workshops, milonga's, body work, etc). Bed and food are optional. We have limited number of double rooms available.

For children between 3 and 17 years we have to charge € 35,- per day.

Cancellation condition
Your application is binding.
Payment has to be done and arrived onto our bank account within 14 days after our booking conformation.
In case of cancellation we will charge as follows:
- no charge within 5 working days after our conformation
- 25% of the price up to 2 months before the start of the camp
- 50% % of the price up to 1 month before the start of the camp
- 75 % of the price up to 2 weeks before the start of the camp
- 100 % of the price within 2 weeks before the start of the camp
