You can only book the full camp. All booking options are ALL INCLUSIVE the full program incl. workshops, milongas, gatherings & extra‘s, only bed & food are optional.

Attention! You need to bring your bedding (sheets & covers) or order them with us.

Cancellation conditions

Your payment has to be arrived onto our bank account within 5 working days after our email conformation.

Please consider to buy a cancellation insurance, just in case.

 

Special Covid cancellation service

We understand that some dancers are afraid that they must cancel due to Covid last minute. So, we want to help and offer a special cancellation condition in case you test Covid positive within 10 days before the camp or in case you are positive during the camp. We will ask for prove you are positive. We hope this helps.

  1. In case you test Covid positive within 10 days before the start of the camp or upon arrival we will refund your payment and only keep € 175,- to cover partially the costs we already made.
  2. In case you test Covid positive during the camp we will refund € 75,- for each day of the camp you will miss. 

In all other cases of cancellation we charge as follows:

  • No charge if you send us an email within 5 working days after our confirmation. Make sure you receive an answer from us!
  • 25% of the price up to 1 months before the start of the event
  • 50% of the price up to 2 weeks before the start of the event
  • 100% of the price within 2 weeks before the start of the event

If the event has to be cancelled (due to Covid)

No worries for you. We will reimburse your full payment, unless you wish to support us and the teachers with a donation. For that we would be grateful.

 

In case we need to implement or change entry conditions such as Covid self-testing or QR-Codes we expect you to conform and cooperate.
